Black tea—evening

Black tea is a type of tea that is more oxidized than oolong, green and white teas. All are made from

leaves of the shrub (or small tree) Camellia sinensis. Black tea is extremely popular around the

world and study has shown that long-term consumption may lead to benefits like stroke prevention

reduced risk of certain types of cancer and immune-system improvements. This tea is best in

the morning or after dinner. Black tea can soothe away stress and help you recover more quickly

from the stresses of everyday life.
